This two-story townhouse has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a soaker tub in the master bath. With a spacious king bed in the master bedroom and a queen with twin bunks in the guest room, there is enough space for all. The living room has plenty of comfy seating with a balcony view. The fireplace in the living room will give you that cozy cabin feel for those winter nights after a day in the snow and our new AC unit will keep you cool on those hot summer days. The private balcony has a breathtaking view overlooking the mountains. This unit also has a large yard for kids to play as well as several grills on property for use. In the winter, bring skates for the resort pond near the entrance. You can also bring sleds and enjoy sledding right in the backyard of the unit. Plenty of free on-site parking can be found right outside the door. Guest access Nordic amenities include two outdoor heated swimming pools, an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, steam room, sauna, private showers in the pool house, game room, playground, pond, tennis courts, weight room, firepit, and on-site hiking. The pools and game room are located near the entrance of the resort and the unit is less than half a mile up the road, giving you those beautiful mountain views. Other things to note There is a key fob provided to enter the pool house. If the key fob becomes lost or misplaced, there is a $25 fee to replace it. *All-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicles are needed to make it up the road during heavy snowfall.
