Forest and peace

If you come to recharge in the green and quiet, this is the place for you. Very large house with plenty of space. With its 10 ha of forest and meadow orchard you are quiet. In the Morvan Regional Park, discover this property of +10 ha of forest and a meadow (mowed meadow area 1x/year); the nearest neighbor before 1 km will be the owl. In short: absolute calm (insomniac haven...) and "green" tranquility (no TV set, but a video projector) to recharge or work in good conditions and as close as possible to nature. You will find many small "cocoons" nooks outside and inside the house, as well as a pétanque and molky area. The house is functional, in its juice (typical and inspiring) with 2 or 3 bedrooms (access to the extension if needed). Be forgiving, we're renovating bit by bit! Be careful like any country house, there are spiders and sometimes dorms;) Bring your sheets, or if needed: ask (€20). the water is very hot, but sometimes the shower pressure is quiet. the bedroom has shutters. In the studio (second queen size bed), daylight enters at dawn, so we leave you night masks if you prefer. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (>200 m2), except the upstairs bedroom on the right. there is a 2ha fenced permaculture park with a nursery, I am on an unbroken meadow and let nature do it voluntarily. You can also explore the adjoining woods >8ha to the property+ the massif that continues (in short, it is in the immense massif of Morvan). Other things to note I do not provide the sheets, but if you wish, it is possible: an additional €20. Thank you for understanding. Possibility of housekeeper service during the stay.
