Eco Luxury Loft in Memorial

The Apartment is located in Brandenburg’s most famous former ‘Lost Place’ and today historical site Beelitz-Heilstätten, built in 1902 as a sanatory. The building has been completely renovated and luxuriously modernized while keeping its charme and preserving historic details. As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest. The space The kitchen is very well equipped as I’m professionally working with food. The apartment mainly serves as my personal studio, not as a holiday flat*, therefore you can expect a place which is furnished with high quality furniture made of natural materials and designed with much love for details. The sleeping room is furnished with one double bed 140x200cm and a foldable futon matress 100x200cm which can be rolled out for a third guest. *just like the original idea of airbnb – private hospitality and personal experience instead of anonymous hotels and flats. Guest access You will have the whole loft to yourself. No need to share the space. The community garden and private forest invite for a stroll. The property comes with a private parking lot. Other things to note You will be surrounded by nature: a large community garden and a private terrace as well as our own forest invite you to spend time outdoors. Many different lakes are also close-by, reachable by bike or car or even public transport. While being in nature, you are super-well connected to the surrounding by the autobahn (10 min by car) and the train station (5 min by foot) as well as supermarket, bakery and the small charming town of Beelitz with its long tradition in Asparagus production. The train to Potsdam, Dessau and Berlin runs 2x per hour and only takes 35 minutes to Berlin-Zoo. In front of the train station you also find a bike rental station.
