*** Enjoy your stay at Lake Constance in your bright & cozy attic apartment overlooking the countryside - and be just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful lake shore with swimming spot! *** We provide you with bedding and towels, so all you have to bring is your luggage and vacation spirit :) The space 2 bedrooms: Whether you're traveling as friends or family - two large, cozy double beds (180 x 200 cm) await you, so you can start the day rested. Exceptional: You have your own sink in the bedroom (hairdryer available). There are built-in wardrobes and shutters for darkening. Living room: Make daily plans together over breakfast or sit together comfortably in the evening - you can do this in your bright living and dining room with large window front. There is a cozy sofa area with smart TV (Netflix + public channels via Joyn) and a dining table with 4 chairs. Kitchen: A small but fine and fully equipped kitchen is available for cooking - great views of the green hinterland included. Everything you need is there: dishwasher, induction range, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Bath: Here you have an unusual, separate shower with beautiful views of the countryside (accessible via the kitchen) as well as a toilet in an extra room. Two sinks are available in the bedrooms. Workspace: One of the bedrooms has a desk for mobile work. Community garden: In the morning you can also enjoy your coffee in the countryside overlooking the fruit trees or relax there in the deck chair in the afternoon. In the house there is another apartment with which you share the garden. Parking: If you arrive by car, you have your own parking space in the courtyard and a covered option to park bicycles. Infants: If your little ones are with you, we can provide you with a toddler travel bed and high chair - just ask when booking :) _______ Tourist Taxes: . In Lindau, there is a tourist tax of €3.30 (high season) or €2.20 (NS)/per person/per night. This is paid in cash on site. Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (attic) and is not accessible. It can be reached via a shared staircase. The location: Stay in the popular Lindau district of Bad Schachen - near the beautiful Lindenhof Park and its free swimming area overlooking the Alps and beach café right on the lake shore. Bus stop: The island of Lindau with its beautiful old town and the famous harbor is easily accessible by bike or bus (free of charge with the Lake Constance Card, which you will receive from us). Shopping: Near your accommodation there are restaurants, a bakery and a Rewe, so you are quickly and well supplied. ___________ Other: We ourselves live on the first floor and are quickly there for you if you need anything. Otherwise, everyone does their own thing and feels undisturbed and free :)
