Early check-in & Late checkout is ok (as long as there’s no outgoing/incoming guests during the date). GENERAL RULES: ▪️ House is clean when you check in. Guests clean during stay & before checkout. Wash dishes. Return things to proper places. Throw trash in the trash bags (then cans). We double clean for the next guest when you checkout. ▪️ Please TURN OFF all appliances and water when not in use. ▪️ NO SMOKING inside the house. You can smoke in the Lanai/ OUTDOORS. Dispose cigarette butts properly. ▪️ Your safety is IMPORTANT. PLEASE LOCK UP EVERY NIGHT & AS YOU GO. ▪️LAUNDRY: some decide to wash the sheets. Pls separate the dark colored ones from the whites. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: ▪️Unremovable stains on beddings, or in any part of the house will be charged accordingly. ▪️Trained Dogs are allowed only up to the Lanai or OUTSIDE, provided they wear a diaper, plus you clean up the hair sheddings & dirt. We will charge accordingly for any chewed up & soiled areas. ▪️APPEAL TO LADIES WITH MENSTRUAL PERIOD DURING STAY. Please exercise extra caution not to splatter bloodstains on bed sheets, linens & towels. DARK TOWELS are available for your use.
