The space The house has been renovated to freshen up the interior, add some more luxurious and modern elements, including a vintage freestanding bathtub, brass fixtures and fittings, and a Bosch oven, hob and washing machine, whilst retaining its rustic charm. Every room has the original wooden beams on show. The house is filled with our collection of treasures and upcycled pieces collected over the years from antiques and handicraft markets to create a unique and homely space. On the first floor there is an entrance hall with upcycled lights, a cupboard with cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher, and a place to hang coats and keys. You will also find a large, renovated bathroom with a bespoke sink unit with two handmade sinks, a freestanding bath with shower, a washing machine, a medical kit and clothes rack. At the back of the house, there's a spacious farm style kitchen with stone clad walls and beams. It contains a new oven and hob, double sink, plenty of cookware, utensils, crockery, herbs and spices, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, and a large fridge. There is also a speaker that you can use throughout the house by connecting devices via Bluetooth. You will also find a dining area with seating for 7 people and wine glasses. This leads out to a private patio area with plunge pool, deck chairs, a BBQ, dining area and lots of plants. We provide some floor cushions and pool towels. On the second floor, there is a comfortable and cosy living room with a fireplace, mantelpiece, a balcony, and seating for 7 people. The modem is located in this room and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There is also a reading nook with overhead lamp and plenty of books in English /Spanish. You will also find a large double aspect, tranquil bedroom that sleeps up-to 3 people. This floor also has an ensuite shower room with WC. On the third floor, there is a very large double aspect bedroom with mountain views and a vaulted ceiling that spans the length of the house. In addition, there is a cozy double bedroom with vintage pieces inspired by Asia. There is also a dedicated workspace with desk, chair, plug and table lamp; this floor also has a shower room with WC. On the fourth floor is a chill-out area - with hammocks and board games, that leads out onto a terrace with chairs for mountain views, sunsets, and stargazing. We provide handwash and shower gel in every bathroom/WC. Every bedroom has a mirror, clothes rack, and bedside tables with lamps. We have mosquito screens for at least window of every room, and we provide fans for the bedrooms. Our nightly price is for up-to 4 guests, please get in touch if you would like to book for 2 people. All bookings for two people where two beds are requested will be allocated the larger room on the first floor, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please note: Although guests are welcome to bring children, the house is not entirely suitable for children under 5. There are lots of stairs, no fence around the pool, and some sharp corners - children need to be supervised at all times. All bookings for two people where two beds are requested will be allocated the larger room on the first floor, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Upto two dogs are very welcome to join you in our home, we have a small dachshund ourselves, but we ask all guests to follow the house rules. No dogs in the bed or the pool, to clean up after any accidents, to report any breakages or damage, and to ensure the flea treatment medication is up to date. We charge 25euros per dog per stay.
