Lake Living Paradise!

Come relax, unwind and enjoy lake front living in Cuba Lake, NY! Let time slow down and break away for a quiet get-a-way, or escape to find quality time with the entire family. The space Take in the sights from almost every room, the main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining space, full bathroom, master bedroom, and a large walkout screened in patio giving you the best views of the lake! Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Head to the 1st floor to grab a drink at the bar and walk right out to the lake level deck. There is also a large dock great for fishing, and swimming. Guest access Guest have full access to the entire property including our lake toys! Kayaks (2), Paddle Board, Lilly Pad dock Float, and lake floats. There is a propane grill and a fire pit stocked with wood and smore sticks! Other things to note In the summer, swimming here is AWESOME! No seaweed! The stairs lead into about 4 feet of water which quickly drops to about 12 feet at the end of the dock, perfect to float or cannonball right off the dock diving board! The lake is breathtaking in the fall! The fall foliage surrounds the lake and the crisp air makes it perfect for cozy nights by the campfire! During the winter months there is ice fishing on the lake! We are also only 30minutes to all the winter activities in Ellicottville (Holiday Valley.) We decorate the house for the season/holiday for added charm to your stay.
