Nice cottage near Kalmar/Öland/Bathing

The cottage is spacious (37 m2 + loft of 12 m2) and nicely decorated and has a high ceiling. There is also a loft with a double bed, not standing height. The cottage has a stove, if it gets cold. The patio is located in a sheltered south-facing location directly adjacent to the cabin. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen with stove/oven/microwave/fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Located 15 km north of Kalmar, it is 15 km to Öland (12 min). Down to the beach, there is a 1 km cozy gravel road to a swimming area and hiking trail. Two bicycles are available to borrow for free The space In the room there is a sofa bed that fits well and lie in or watch TV/movie. In the loft, there is a double bed, but the ceiling is a little low. You can stay in the loft or downstairs on the sofa bed. It is perfect for two people, but you can fit 3 people. The patio is very private and sunny between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm in summer with a nice view of the fields. Guest access Drive 1 km (quite exactly) on Hultsbyvägen, fields on the right and park at the red double garage. If you get to the intersection with a yellow mailbox, you have driven 50 meters too far. Park the car at the double garage and go through a small garden and the red main house to get to the rental cottage. The key to the cottage and the loan bicycles are in a code box next to the entrance. You will receive the code when you book the cottage. Other things to note Sheets and towels are included in the price. Upon check-out, you vacuum and wash the dishes and put the laundry on the sofa bed. In addition, you can borrow two bicycles free of charge, older models. Coffee and tea are available in the kitchen and all kinds of spices for cooking. There is also a waffle iron and toaster in addition to pots and pans. A small washing machine is available as well as a drying line outside the cottage that you can borrow. Driving into central Kalmar takes 12 minutes. There is also a bus to and from Kalmar, bus back even very late, on Fridays and Saturdays you can go home at 2 am. It only takes 20 minutes to the gas station by bus from Kalmar. A grocery store and Thai restaurant are just 2 km from the property as well as a café "Tjorven" just 1 km further away which is very good.
