Guest access This is a private townhome community with 12 homeowners. I am the president of the HOA, and we look out for each other. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Kindly be sure your communications with our neighbors are courteous and polite. Please park your vehicle in the garage unless it is very-large. If you have a pickup truck or large SUV, park in the driveway. DOOR LOCK: touch or swipe the touch screen. It will light up. Enter your access code, then press the OK button at the bottom center of the keypad (the OK button looks like a fingerprint), and the door will unlock. If you enter the wrong code, try again. Other things to note Please remember to park your vehicle in the garage or driveway directly in front of the garage. The HOA restricts parking in the main lot as it makes it difficult for neighbors to back out of their driveways.
