Giens Peninsula Villa - Sea View - Swimming Pool

Ideally located south of the Giens Peninsula, on the secure estate of Polynesia, our family home with pool (8x4) offers an exceptional view of the Porquerolles and Ribaud Islands. A few steps from beaches and wild coves, tennis (included) and 3 km from the Almanarre (kite, wing & windsurf), the house offers exceptional tranquility. This place with authentic and warm character is ideal for active and relaxing vacations with family and friends. The space The house on two levels, offers a large terrace, five bedrooms each with their shower room, as well as an extra bedroom. On the upper ground floor you will find the living room, the indoor dining room, the covered terrace with an outdoor dining room, the kitchen, a toilet and the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the ground floor you can enjoy four bedrooms, three of which face south with sea and garden views and one faces east, each with an ensuite bathroom including a shower and sink. A large bathroom and an equipped laundry room complete this floor, as well as a 6th extra bedroom separated from the laundry room by a curtain, equipped with 2 bunk beds opening onto a west-facing terrace. The large garden will offer you many relaxation areas, a secure swimming pool meeting the NFP90-306 standard (open between June 1 and September 30) and its deckchairs as well as an electric plancha (barbecues are prohibited in the Var), in a wooded and flowery environment. Guest access The entire house is accessible with the exception of the closed garage which contains our personal belongings. Two cars can nevertheless be parked inside the property and the others in the street that passes under the house and which is secured by 2 access barriers. Other things to note Included in the price: linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets), shower towels, kitchen towels. Not provided: beach and pool towels, or cosmetics. Quiet environment: parties and loud music not allowed. Villa not suitable for parties groups. The pool will be open from June 1, 2026 to September 29, 2026. The pool is secured because its access is protected by a gate and a fence meeting the NF P90-306 pool safety standard. Access to tennis: tenants have the possibility of using without charge but by reservation, the tennis court of the Polynesia estate located 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot from the house. The booking process will be sent to the tenants as soon as their reservation is confirmed. Walks: the Chemin du Littoral, offering a magnificent course in a steep and wild environment, passes 100 meters from the house and leads to different beaches and coves as well as the Landing of the Tour Fondue which offers regular shuttles to Porquerolles (15 to 20 minutes walk on a steep path). Provide good shoes to take this path (no flip flops!). Parking: Two spaces for two cars are inside the property, not covered. Other spots may be occupied just outside of the property in the driveway (protected by a gate). Passage: The gardener and swimming pool are likely to come by during your stay for the maintenance of the garden and pool. Their entrance is self-contained. Risk of moderate noise at times, until the end of June 2026 due to renovation work in progress in the vicinity.
