The accommodation, located in the center of the city, has been renovated, designed and furnished with high quality materials, unique in its modern style and own personality, to satisfy maximum comfort and spend a fantastic and very pleasant stay in the city of Ronda. The space The accommodation has 60 square meters, distributed in an entrance with living room, which has a dining area, fully equipped and with flat screen television UHD 4K Ambilight of 55 inches with cinematographic image and sound, for moments of leisure and rest inside the accommodation: with sofas, beds, ultra-modern seats and maximum comfort for the health of personal well-being, all accompanied by visual comfort in lighting. From the same living room we access the fully equipped kitchen that has, like the living room, a dining area. In the hallway of the entrance, you will find a first bedroom with a large single bed very comfortable. In another corridor, with access from the living room, are the master bedroom next to the fully equipped bathroom: also renovated, designed and furnished with high quality materials, has all the comfort you need for personal hygiene, in addition to its hydromassage shower column with LED lighting. The double room has a king-size bed and very comfortable. A powerful centralized "inverter" cold and heat machine with intelligent thermostat, of last generation in air conditioning and heating, has been installed for all the rooms of the accommodation. The accommodation is located on the top floor of the building so you will not have neighbors above to bother you and is completely isolated, with no neighbors on either side of it. It has a Terrace / Solarium that you can have to relax, sunbathe or enjoy a sunrise or sunset while having your breakfast, your lunch or around a romantic dinner, with panoramic views of the city and the mountains of the city of Ronda. All the real estate, decoration, materials and colors used in the accommodation, have been designed to give the maximum possible comfort and make the guest feel at home. Guest access The guest has full access to all services and common areas of the accommodation. In addition, the accommodation is located on the top floor of the building so you will not have neighbors above to bother you and is completely isolated, with no neighbors on either side of it. Other things to note If you are arriving by car, please note that the accommodation is located in the heart of Ronda. Street parking can be very difficult. However, we offer the option of renting a private, covered parking space for any guest who requests it with advance notice. To do so, please contact the host to reserve a private parking space. It is subject to a fee and costs €18 per day. And, if you come, however, by train or bus, the accommodation is located in the middle of the bus and train station, you can reach on foot, without problems, less than 3 minutes.
