Fabulous 5 bed family home in Cambridge Village

A wonderful family home-from-home. Making your stay comfortable, memorable and easy. Within easy reach of Cambridge and Newmarket whilst having spacious, modern and luxury accommodation. Ideal for large families wanting a base to explore Cambridge and it's beautiful surroundings. Our home is yours to enjoy. Stuart our tabby cat may make an appearance but otherwise our home is solely yours for the duration of your stay & kids are welcome! Our aim is for you to feel at home the second you arrive. The space Our home is a 3 storey town house with 5 bedrooms. We have an annex in the garden which will be occupied during your stay. My children are both at school now but I remember the days of highchairs/travel cots etc very well! If you require such items for use during your stay then please just ask. This is our home and is not depersonalised, therefore no parties are permitted. It really is just suitable for families or adults looking for a quiet night in/somewhere to base themselves near Cambridge. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, the enclosed garden is yours to enjoy, with trampoline, furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking for 2 vehicles and lots more free parking on the street. Access is via a key safe and where possible a meet and greet will be available from our helper in the Annex at the bottom of the garden. Other things to note I'm not quite sure where Airbnb pulls the information as to how many bathrooms there are as it seems to keep changing it's mind! Just to clarify: There is a toilet/WC on the ground floor with: A toilet A sink. On the 1st/middle floor there is an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom with: A toilet A sink A double jacuzzi bath with shower hose & a shower head on the wall, both within the bath. Also on the 1st/middle floor there is the main bathroom with: A toilet A sink A shower cubicle with choice of waterfall shower attached to the wall or standard adjustable height shower head A bath with a shower hose option attached to the taps. On the 2nd/top floor there is a small bathroom/wet room with: A toilet A sink A shower cubicle with an electric shower and an adjustable height shower head. So for use during your stay there is: 1 x toilet 2 x bathrooms - both with a bath and a shower option 1 x bathroom with a shower.
