DEJT in the old town, only 70 meters to the sea!

Own cozy accommodation with 2 bedrooms, perfect for a family with children. 70 meters to the sea, 200 meters to a child-friendly beach with a nice beach bar. Pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, ATMs, etc. within a maximum of 200 meters. 20 kilometers of beach promenade in the bay between Split and Trogir and many nice beaches with clear blue sea. With the local bus, 200 meters from the house, you can easily get to the cities, sights, airport, etc. while living in a quiet area very close to the sea. The space My house is located in the middle of the old town of Kastel Luksic with old buildings all around, the street noise on the street just outside. The nearest outdoor seating of many is only 20 meters away. Locals mixed with tourists where everyone greets each other happily :-) The house is decorated based on my own needs during the summer months, so no large areas but everything needed for a comfortable holiday celebration. Here you get a stay with proximity to the sea and lovely bathing spots. If you want to experience nightlife or get a more touristy feel, it's easy to get to Split or Trogir. You do not need a car when you visit my house but should you have one, there is free parking on the streets. In some marked parking lots, you pay in vending machines or via app. At certain times of the day, it can sometimes be difficult to find available spaces right outside. However, there is a large camera-monitored parking lot just a couple of hundred meters from the house. In July and August, there are different events almost every night in one of the seven Kastela villages that together form a city. Music, food tastings, folk festivals, outdoor theater, etc. Guest access Heating/cooling (AC) is available on each floor, water heater, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, hand blender, microwave with grill function, fridge and freezer. For the beach, there are also some air mattresses, beach toys, bicycles, etc. in the house that can be borrowed. Other things to note 20 km of promenade by the sea overlooking Split, Trogir and the islands offers pretty much the locals' habits, culture as well as many nice beaches. The area a few km from the sea is mountainous and perfect for hiking. However, please use hiking shoes and not flip-flops if you are going up :-) "Malacka" is a tip to visit if you want to see amazing views of the bay and the islands. "Klis" is also worth a visit. Many nice vineyards and olive groves are in the area. Excursions with boats and other things can be booked on the beaches. A must is to taste the salted boiled corn cobs sold on the beach, yum! Pizza Napolitana is offered at Faraon but their truffle pasta is divinely good. Burgers and, for example, Caesar salad at B Cool and nice dinners at Mala Mora. If you want a simple cheap lunch, you can, for example, buy cevapi, breaded chicken or hot sandwich at Gricko. Good!
