The space Each unit (there are two semi-detached units on site) is 15 m² and comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a private bathroom, hot and cold air conditioning, 32-inch TV with Chromecast, 120-liter minibar (large), 2-burner stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker and electric kettle, and a mini cooler, in addition to other household utensils. We provide bedding (pillow, pillowcase, sheet, bedspread and blanket), but we do not provide bath and face towels (you must bring them). We also leave salt, sugar, dishwashing detergent, liquid soap, electric repellent and some games such as Uno, playing cards and dominoes for rainy days. The space (mini container house) will be yours alone, but there are two units (semi-detached) for rent and we live on the premises (in the back), so the patio: garage, pool, deck with swing and mini garden with organic spices is shared.
