The space The villa is located in the affluent Hauts de Pyla district. In a quiet and residential environment, the house is located on the edge of the forest with open views over the valley. The Basque-style villa is ideal for a stopover on the Bay. The living room is bright and spacious. It consists of a living room/office/dining room area to comfortably accommodate the whole family. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped for preparing your meals. It gives access to the wooden terrace exposed to the east at the edge of the forest. You will also find 2 bedrooms on this level with ensuite shower room. Upstairs you will find the sleeping area with 2 large bedrooms with shower room and balcony. We can adapt the beds according to your needs in 2 bedrooms by offering single beds or a double bed. The house has 2 cots with mattresses for the youngest guests. The garden is maintained and fully enclosed. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15. For your comfort, it is under maintenance contract. The swimming pool is chlorine, size 4*8 with an increasing depth up to 1.9 m. It is secured by a wooden barrier. You can park several cars on the property. The garage is available to store your beach gear, bikes, etc. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, parking, garage, garden and private pool. Other things to note Sheets, duvets, bath towels and dish towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee. Laundry is cleaned after each rental by a dry cleaning service. For all late arrivals after 9pm, the sum of €30 is to be given to your host, €50 after 11pm. No pets allowed in the accommodation. The fireplace is decorative only.
