A comfortable, pre-loved family home in the centre of town and with the benefit of its own parking and private garden. Enjoy access to Maldon's delights, and also a retreat away from the bustle. The High Street, Blackwater River, and Promenade Park are all just a few hundred meters away, yet even closer to home are playing fields, corner shop and childrens' playground. Feel free to ask if earlier check-in is available. The space The property has three generous bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with lots of light, while downstairs has a large shower room off the large entrance hall. There is plenty of communal space to spread out and relax in with 5 areas downstairs. The house has a cosy living room with TV, a large dining room with board games and books, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a study/ utility room, and guests can enjoy a conservatory with french windows to the south facing garden which in turn has a patio, lawn, flowerbeds, furniture and a barbeque. Further photos are available on request, and be aware that a cot or additional beds for children may be possible. Guest access Guests have the whole house and garden to themselves. Morning housekeeping may be available... eg if you would like to simply step out after breakfast, yet still come back to a refreshed house. We will make sure there is tea, instant coffee, squash, milk and biscuits for your arrival. We can arrange for a basket of groceries to be available too. Or pizza and ice cream in the freezer! Other things to note Bedroom arrangements: The house is currently configured with the two single beds and their pullouts in the one bedroom upstairs, this is with the view that they may not be required or they may be all used by children. However, the pullout beds can be positioned in one of the downstairs spaces if required. For longer stays, our guests can ask to convert the living room into a downstairs bedroom (it is off an inner hallway) and then use the large dining room as the living area..
