Welcome to your cozy studio room! Modern, cute and comfortable room in Huligi/ Munirabad. Room is equipped with AC, queen size bed, high TC sheets and a soft orthopaedic mattresses. Room has an attached washroom, space to make your coffee/tea and a tiny fridge. Also featuring a terrace, balcony and view of garden. The room gets natural light and has been decorated with minimal sensibility. The space As you step inside, there is room with bed and attached western style washroom with all essentials. The room has space to work on a bean bag and a space to make your tea/coffee. You can use your private terrace for the garden view and spent some peaceful time reading a book. Includes: High Speed WIFI Tea, coffee & Maggie Water Cutlery Spices Hot water kettle Towels Body soap bars Shampoo Roll on tissues Hot water shower This is a private property. You will share your space with owners of the house. There is a free parking space available (shared parking space). Before you book the property, make sure you read all the property rules. If the rules are not followed, the booking will be cancelled immediately and will be reported to Airbnb. Guest access Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy the shared spaces of our property, including the garden, gym area and basketball court area. Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter inside the property. The room can allot maximum people of 3 ( third person with extra charges). Incase if we notice unregistered guests, the booking will be cancelled immediately with no cancellation notice and charges. During your stay When you check in the property, the keys will be kept in the locker or you will have to collect it from the owner. We are here to help you if you need any assistance with navigating or transportation. For guests arriving by public transportation, we can arrange for a pick up from a nearest bus or train station with additional charges. Just let us know the arriving details in prior. Other things to note Please note that our Airbnb room does not include kitchen facilities. While our room does not include kitchen facilities, there is zomato available to the studio location. And also good restaurants available within 5-12 kms from the location. No smoking , vaping and usage of drugs inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outside the room. No unregistered guest or visitors allowed. No parties allowed. Quiet time after 11 PM, our neighbourhood is important to us and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise between 11 PM and 8 AM. For long-term guests, please note that we change bedsheets once in a week, fresh towels will be provided for every three days. We request all guests to check in or out during the day and not very late at night or during a very early hours of the morning. Please contact me if you would like more information on this before making your booking. We have a furry friend (Snowy) in the property. Snowy can be little shy in the first and show not so friendly attitude. So other pets are not allowed in the property. All information to reach the property directions, contact details, house guide, and local guide will be shared on the prior to your arrival. We are obligated to adhere to strict check-out timings so that our maid can do the cleaning for our next guests. Guests leaving past their check-out time will be charged Rs. 1000 for the delay. As per government norms, we require guests to submit an ID proof photo after booking confirmation. Not following the property rules will immediately result in cancellation of booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot. Please follow the house rules and have a safe stay.
