The Guesthouse is situated in Grindleton, a lovely village located within in the Ribble Valley. We are surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful country walks with The Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and Pendle Hill on our doorstep. We have a great selection of restaurants and country pubs to choose from in the surrounding villages and towns. In the heart of Grindleton, we have The Rum Fox, a newly opened and highly recommended Gastropub. There are also some excellent venues in some of the surrounding villages and towns; The Brown Cow, Chatburn; the famous Hudsons Ice-cream Parlour, Chatburn; The Higher Buck, Waddington; Brizola, Clitheroe; Holmes Mill, Clitheroe; Michelin-star Freemasons, Wiswell. As well as being ideally situated for walkers, we are also near to many of Lancashires popular wedding venues such as Stirk House, Eaves Hall, Bashall Barn, Holmes Mill, Mitton Hall, Hobbit Hill, The Out Barn. The property is set across an acre of land with a beautiful garden and views of the Ribble Valley countryside. We offer free secure car parking within the property. Kitchen includes fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. Complimentary tea, coffee & milk provided. Double bedroom that sleeps 2, wardrobe and 2x bedside tables. Bathroom includes modern shower with towels provided. Living room space is open plan with convertible sofa bed and a television;Wifi available Please note: The local convenience store shop is 1.5miles away, and local supermarket 3.5miles away. The nearest fuel station is 1.5miles away. The guesthouse is situated in the grounds of a residential property which homes two black Labrador’s that are friendly, but may bark occasionally when roaming around the garden. Please inform us if you don’t like dogs as we can keep them out of the way. After unloading please park at the bottom of the driveway and respect private areas including the front garden.
