It is near KFC, banks and major commercial stores. The room has a veranda. Complementary Water on arrival- charges thereafter Breakfast and Food on orders and chargeable Multichannel Smart TV Hair Dryer+Iron w/Stand available on request The space ➡️ Property is on 4th level. ➡️ No LIFTS hence, must climb stairs. ➡️ 3 ROOMS with attached bathrooms and balcony. ➡️ Property has spacious rooms without any disturbance from outside. ➡️ Property has Sofa in each room. ❗️Main gate shall be closed by 10.30PM for safety of the guests and other persons residing inside. Accordingly, Guests are advised to adhere to the timings in letter and spirit. It is requested not to inconvenience the caretaker by staying night out beyond 10:30PM. Other things to note ➡️ We do not entertain drugs or illegal activities. If found to be indulging, then will be asked to vacate immediately without refund of money. ➡️ Guests should avoid playing loud music, loud voices or high-pitched loud talks which may cause disturbances. ➡️ No parties or events are allowed. ➡️ Visitors must be informed in advance. Not more than 2 visitors at a time shall be allowed. ➡️ No visitors after 10:30PM shall be entertained. ➡️ For 1 night stay, there won't be cleaning in between. ➡️ For longer stays, we have cleaning in between. ➡️ Damages caused if any, must be paid on spot. ➡️ IDs will be asked upon arrival for check-in. ➡️ Smoking is not permitted inside the room.
