Perfect for a couple or solo travelers who want to enjoy the largest beach in Europe: Doñana This house is very especial: on top of a dune just in front of the sea. Everything has been thought thinking in you and the environment. We conserved the natural ecosystem as much as possible: sand, vegetation and natural materials. Food and detergents are eco and the energy is solar. Pets are welcome out of home! Ask for special prices! The space It is a natural house on a plot right next to the beach, where you will be close to an exceptional area (Doñana) as well as tranquility. You can visit El Rocío, the Doñana Natural Park and the La Rábida and Mazagón area with ease. The beach trails that this area also offers are excellent and easy to do on foot from the house. By being in this house you are directly contributing to restoring an area that wants to remain as faithful as possible to the territory. We offer this house on very specific dates, since we use it frequently throughout the year. During your stay, we will share only the parking areas, as well as the entrance and exit door to the beach. You can even bring two cars in this private parking area within the plot. You will also have a grass area with a pergola with an outdoor dining area. You can relax reading on the sun loungers or on the porch, or simply look at the sea from the living room of the house. You can always enjoy the tranquility of being on the beach a few meters from the seashore and come and go as you please. YOU CAN WRITE FOR QUESTIONS OR OFFERS OR ASK IF MORE PEOPLE ARE COME!! It is the ideal house for two people, who can sleep in the same room or even use the sofa bed in the living room, also suitable if you come with a child. It is an ideal place if you come with a pet (extra charge) and they can be outside the house (a lot of outdoor space). We ask that pets do not enter into the house because allergic people may come later. Guest access In addition to your individual house, you will be able to access all common areas, including a large outdoor area, sun loungers, pergola, lawn and outdoor dining area. The large sand area can be great for kids and pets. You will see that the boardwalk and the beach are right next door. Other things to note We rent this space on rare occasions, since it is a personal project to renaturalize a plot near Doñana and a place that we will continue to use as a family. We do not have high-speed internet, but we use mobile data... You will have a portable router with a sim card with enough data if you need it. Although there is television, the channel signal usually fails, so we have a computer where you can watch movies if you want! The house runs on renewable energy, so you can contribute to a better planet! Therefore, if you need to cook for a long time, we advise you to do it during the day :-)
