The space Four private bedrooms, one on the first floor and three on second floor. Bedrooms have space for a pack 'n play which we can provide if requested. 2 full bathrooms, first and second floor. Living spaces include a living room with smart TV, whole home Sonos sound system, second floor seating area and workstation, front porch, and backyard private patio with grill and seating. Ductless AC through the home. Eat-in kitchen stocked with appliances, kitchenware, and cooking basics. Kitchen back door opens to patio for easy dining al fresco, or connected to living room for TV dinners in. Downstairs basement includes washer and dryer as well as beach supplies you are free to use during your stay. Guest traveling with pets will receive additional pet-specific policies and deposit information upon confirming a reservation. Inquire for full summer booking discounts. Guest access You'll have the whole home to yourself with a keypad for easy self check-in. Other things to note This is a monthly rental with 3 month options. There are spots typically available on the street and nearby. There is other free street parking and paid parking options for any additional vehicles. No on-site parking. Central location means you're steps from everything downtown Newport has to offer. It also means there can be noise from nearby. Ours is typically a quieter street.
