Architectural chalet – Lac Fidèle – Entrelacs

The Chalet des sentiers, the fruit of the collaboration of four architect friends, nestles in the heart of the forest in front of Lac Fidèle, in Entrelacs, in the Lanaudière region. After more than 3 years of design and self-build, it's ready to welcome curious souls in need of an escape. Completely clad in cedar shingles, this chalet offers a unique experience with its atypical volume, three floor levels and numerous windows revealing the enchanting landscape. It will be a pleasure to discuss our joint chalet, a project we hold particularly close to our hearts.** _ The Trait Commun Chalet, with its atypical shapes and spaces, offers a unique experience in the forest. Ideal for families, groups of friends, sports enthusiasts (cyclists, skiers, swimmers), tourists, artists in residence, TV shoots, and more! INTERIOR AREA DESCRIPTION (2200 sq. ft. living space): The chalet features a spacious first floor with lots of windows, housing the main open-plan common areas: living room with wood-burning fireplace, equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto a large outdoor terrace. A secondary bathroom, including laundry room, is also found on this level. The second floor features two enclosed master bedrooms with walk-in closets, an intimate boudoir for reading or working, and a spacious master bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower. The third level, dubbed the "Sky Room", houses two alcove beds (each with queen-size beds) integrated into the peak of the roof, offering secluded, comfortable and intimate bedrooms with stunning views of the lake and surrounding area. This floor also includes a large multi-purpose space, ideal for an office, art studio, meditation room or play area. Bathed in light thanks to its many openings and a skylight in the roof, this space promises spectacular views and a soothing ambience. Other things to note We wish to preserve the tranquility of our charming neighborhood at Lac Fidèle. This is why we ask our guests to avoid large, noisy events and to pay attention to noises, which resonate particularly around the lake. A lot of time and effort was invested in the construction of the chalet to achieve an exemplary standard of finish. We wish to preserve this quality and therefore ask our future tenants to carefully ensure the maintenance of the interior and exterior environment. It is therefore a question of treating the chalet as if it were yours.
