Inside the cabinets, you will find a full set of dishes, silverware, and cups, and a basic cooking item such as salt sugar and oil is provided. ( You're always welcome to get and use your preferred brand if you wish.) On the stove inside the oven, you will find all pots and pans needed for cooking. BEDROOM #2 This spare bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, with a twin size bed on the top (up to 300 lbs) and a full-size bed on the bottom. (Up to 350 lb). Inside the wardrobe, you will find shower towels. Feel free to use the Flat Iron and ironing board located in this berrom an electric vacuum is also included. BATHROOM Features towels, hand soap and body soap, shampoo, bath pouf, medesine cabinet, toilet paper, and a removable handle shower head, down the sink you will find cleaning products. BACK PATIO. This is one of the best spots of the house we offer to hang out. We also encourage you to enjoy our outdoor patio furniture set, where you can comfortably relax reading a book or at night watching a movie whit the family, we have a projector that is fully available to your disposal (it has a Roku device connected or you can switch and connect the Retro game console). You can also exercise at the punching bag and free weight, (Just remember, be always careful lifting weights. An adult must always be present when the kids are in this area). And most definitely, you can't live without having a barbecue grill, feel free to grilling some burgers, carne asada, roasted corn, or some delicious Grilld Veggies Skewers or your favorite grillings. RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICES Please be aware that the garbage truck stops by every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Make sure to take the trash out inside a bag before 7 am. on this days mentioned prior. (The trash bag can be left at the walkway in front of the house) COMUNITY AMENITIES: POOL, PARKS, AND SPORT FIELDS. If you're choosing to use the community amenities, please keep in mind to respect all the residents at this community and to maintain clean and protect all the common areas.
