Villa “Le Querce”

Villa Le Querce is located on the impressive 2 acres of fenced private land; it comes with a large swimming pool and sleeps up to 8 guests. Set in a mature garden of olives, vines, fruit trees and a 350-year-old oak tree with panoramic views all around, Villa Le Querce perfectly captures the essence of rustic Italian lifestyle and offers peace and tranquility. Villa Le Querce is perfect for a large family or group of friends wanting relaxation in the charming setting of rural Le Marche. The space The overall living space of 180m² is split between the ground floor and superbly utilized first floor with four air-conditioned bedrooms – two of which have en-suite facilities, an open plan living room with a fire place and a family bathroom. The ground floor consists of good size kitchen with modern appliances, large living/dining room with the TV and another fire place. Outside there is large covered portico with wooden table and contemporary outdoor furniture making it a perfect spot for al fresco dining or relaxation in the shade. There is also additional toilet downstairs. The swimming pool (10 x 5m) has a deep end for diving and a shallow end with Roman steps for children and comes with 8 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas, in addition to more garden furniture and inflatable hydro massage tub. For our guests convenience, there is a changing room near the pool with adjacent toilet and shower. Guest access You will have the entire villa, pool and the surrounding large fenced garden for private use during your stay. Other things to note Villa Le Querce has recently undergone a long and thorough renovation, the result of which has transformed the charm of this old farmhouse into an ecologically friendly environment making your stay even more enjoyable. Besides the implementation of safety details and solar panels, there is also an electronic power point for electric powered cars. 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds can be made into a double bed. There is also an outdoor wood fired oven should you wish to use it. Please note that the property is not suitable for guests with severe mobility issues as all the bedrooms are situated on the first floor (accessible via stairs only). Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the property. You will find Guest Directory in the villa containing information essential to your stay, as well as our recommendations for the local area, restaurants and excursions, so that you can make the most of your stay with us and have a truly Italian experience. For your utmost comfort, our dedicated host will come once during your stay (early morning) to clean the pool and its surrounding areas. On request, we will be delighted to provide an Italian aperitivo experience at the villa which includes charcuterie and cheese board plus typical Italian nibbles and aperitifs (additional cost applies). Finally, for those guests who would like the opportunity to create some Italian cuisine, we are happy to show you how to make your own fresh pasta (tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli) and olive all’ascolana (olives stuffed with a meaty filling, breaded and deep-fried).
