This is a quiet, whole-house rental facility located in the Niyama district, a rural area in southern Shinshu. The altitude is 900 meters and it is relatively cool in summer, so there is no air conditioning. In winter, we provide pellet stoves, oil stoves, and electric blankets. There is a large kitchen where you can cook for a large number of people, and a sunken hearth where you can cook a pot of food or grill meat and fish even on cold or rainy days. There is only one shower in the bathroom, so if you are a large group or want to take a bath, please use Sakura no Yu, a day-use hot spring 15 minutes away by car. There is a large ground just a 1-minute walk away. It is also suitable for training camps such as baseball, soccer, and athletics. 15-minute drive to Takato Castle Park, a famous cherry blossom spot, about 1 hour to Matsumoto City, and good access to the Southern Alps and Central Alps. The nearest supermarket and convenience store are 15 minutes away by car. The space The large entrance hall, large sunken hearth, and two 10-tatami Japanese-style rooms can be separated by sliding doors, making it convenient for two families or two households. There is one toilet and one shower.
