Riverlea Nook…

Riverlea Nook is a newly converted building in the garden. It has one bedroom , a bathroom and a small kitchen / dining area with Fridge and microwave. Good wifi-There is a small patio area outside that is part of a shared garden space. There is parking for one car and a key safe to let yourself in. Christchurch center is a 10-15 minute walk and the beach a ten minute drive. Lots of local cafes, restaurants and bars. The space Small but cosy - one bedroom with double bed-some hanging space and baskets to use for storage. Full length mirror- hairdryer and small Tv on wall. Lounge area with sofa - small tv with Netflixs and analogue channels -wifi- Shower with complimentary body wash - shampoo and conditioner - towels provided. Not suitable for babies or children. Guest access Access is to the RH side of main house and into the garden- Two small steps up to path. Small patio area outside available with 2 seater bistro set.
