Two outdoor seating areas welcome you through entrance doors to main lounge or kitchen area which progress into 2 main bedrooms on offer, with additional split level area available comprising of a single room and another day bed in the lower lounge. Here you find an outside ramp exit for more physical ease to access back deck, backyard and wash line. Special Note: The split level has five stairs without rails or safety gates for babies. BEDROOMS *All Linen is commercially cleaned along with a professional cleaning service after each guest because we celebrate guest comfort and ease of mind. TOP LEVEL Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with garden views. Master Room: Queen Bed with study nook and walk in robe. Smaller TV with DVD Player Each bedroom has its own lock and key. LOUNGEROOM Lounge with garden views, heater, large 55 cm TV for viewing plus family Board games. KITCHEN: Cottage style painted wood paneling surrounds a Tasmanian Oak, fully self contained kitchen. APPLIANCES Full Oven, plus large air fryer, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and microwave are additional extras to this simple space where you can enjoy tea, coffee and herbal teas. A large fridge is great for groups or a family’s requirements. LAUNDRY Front end loading washing machine with dryer above next to a large sized wash basin. There is a huge amount of storage in the sliding door cupboard, hiding the iron, ironing board and brooms. BATHROOM plus Separate Toilet The bathroom has a large shower/spa shaped bath combination minus the jets, to immerse your tired muscles after a day discovering the epic Northwest Coast of Tasmania. Caution: Not ‘Accessible’ Friendly. Meaning not Recommended for disability and mobility challenged persons as its is a step-up, step- over and step down, into the shower bath combination. This poses an issue for some people . Additional Rooms on Request: A huge custom made barn door separates the top level of the house from the lower split level area. This additional space is available by request. Effectively this split level area has a small single room with large storage cupboards and a lounge area with day bed functioning as a second single bed. Heating is in every living area so bedrooms can be warmed by leaving the doors open to gain greater airflow. If you prefer cooler sleeping close the doors at night. Back cement deck becomes a washing bay for the intrepid bike travellers with professional bike stand, buckets and sponges made available. A secure storage and maintenance area is also available for bikes. Backyard Access ATTENTION: Mobility Issues and challenges. There are steeper outside steps to the backyard and wash line. If the full home is booked then there is Via the split level steps access to a walk ramp to the backyard . Otherwise walking down the drive to back of house is no problem.
