The space Welcome to our cozy home in the heart of Bellevue, Pennsylvania! This inviting 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to explore the vibrant Pittsburgh area. With its modern amenities, convenient location, and a touch of historic charm, you'll feel right at home during your stay. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living area. The living room features comfortable seating and a smart TV. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped! There's an island with seating for 3 and dining room table with 6-8 seats. The space is perfect for entertaining and all the essentials are there for preparing delicious meals. Upstairs you’ll find the primary bathroom and four bedrooms. **Bedrooms** Each room is equipped with a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV. Enjoy natural light during the day and blackout curtains or blinds for a good night's sleep. In each closet you’ll find extra linens for that room, as well as extra pillows to ensure your stay is as cozy and convenient as possible. - Queen room 1: A queen-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, bedside sconces perfect for nighttime reading or unwinding after a long day. - Queen room 2: A queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, a fandalier with remote, bedside pendant lighting, dresser, and 2 nightstands. - Bunk Room: Perfect for families, with a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top, a convertible chair which folds out to provide additional sleep space, and a variety of children's books and toys. -Twin room: A pair of twin-sized beds, dresser, and 2 nightstands. **Basement:** As you make your way downstairs, you’ll find a an air hockey table, and a desk and office chair, offering an area for work or study during your stay. Nearby, you’ll discover our second bathroom, which is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. Adjacent to the bathroom, you'll find our laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer, perfect for refreshing your wardrobe during your travels. You’ll also find a spot to hang your coat or kick off your shoes. **Outdoor Space:** Step out of the living room onto one of our two porches. Enjoy your favorite beverage while taking in the sights of the neighborhood. The basement is also fully accessible, with the exception of 3 locked storage areas and the garage. Garage access will be granted in instances where prior approval has been requested for those needing EV charging. Please note that garage size is non standard due to the age of the home and please be sure to let us know what type of EV will need charging access so we can confirm fit. Attic access is completely unavailable. We appreciate keeping this in mind during your stay. Other things to note Our local zoning requirements require us to alert the borough of what guests and vehicles to expect at our property.
