The travel center, railway station, central Church Park, Harju hill, all the services of the city center, and the university are all under a 10min walk away. Parking: on weekdays there are paid parking spaces 08-20 in the front of the building. You can also park more cheap in the parking hall next to the building called ”P-Paraati”. There is also a parking lot one block down from the apartment (next to Hannikaisenkatu 17) where you can park for free on weekdays from 16 onwards and for the whole day on the weekends. This apartment is excellent for holiday-goers, for work trips, and we have also had guests for over a month at a time! The flat features a modern kitchen with a ceramic induction stove and a bar table. The adjustable workstation is equipped with a large screen with a HDMI cable, and speakers. The bedroom has a high-quality memory-foam mattress, and the living room has comfortable sofas. Both main rooms of the apartment can be illuminated the traditional way, or with Philips Hue smart lighting, which are operated with remotes. The house of Peppi the unicorn is equipped with all the bells and whistles of a normal house, and more! The bed is queen-sized (160cm), has a high-quality memory-foam mattress, and another high-quality memory-foam mattress can be put on the sofa for a third person. ☕️🍵Coffee and tea are on the house! 🦄 Other things to note Peppi and the neighbours sleep between 22-07, so that is a good time to let them rest.
