Our home is perfect for large groups to stay in Birmingham. The space Your booking accommodates up to 12 guests with a total of 8 beds across 5 separate bedrooms. The property includes 2 bathrooms and offers keyless, coded entry, eliminating the hassle of keys. Additionally, free parking is available for your convenience. We offer flexible accommodation options, from a single apartment to the entire building, depending on your needs. Our property is located on a quiet residential street in one of the most historic areas of the country. It's a grade 2 listed building which for the past century has been famous for crafting Jewellery. We recently converted the building into 5 apartments which are finished to a high spec. We've taken influence from our extensive hosting and travelling to aim for the best possible guest experience for groups coming to Birmingham! Parking: Free parking directly in front of the building for 4 hours free Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm and full day free on Sundays and bank holidays, meaning free parking for the day of check in up until 1pm the following day. Secure paid parking in a parking bay starting at £1 per hour & £4.50 for 24hours is a 100m walk from the apartment. (Further details can be provided after booking!). There is full wifi, washing machines, fridges, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, hot running water, kettle, hair dryer, toilet roll, fresh linen and towels provided and a storage area for clothes in each of the bedroom. There are 5 apartments in total and the communal space in between the apartments is free for everyone to enjoy. Other things to note Cleaning: We use a local, experienced cleaning team that specialise in short term rental cleaning. There is a deep clean of each property after 10 stays and the clean is regularly spot checked. The floors are steam cleaned every other week Linen & Beds: Bed linen is replaced after each guest and there are soft and firm pillows provided with all beds. The beds come medium to firm and additional towels are available on request. We provide basics of toilet roll, kitchen towel, tea, coffee, sugars, oil and seasoning. Feel free free to bring your own milk and butter. Cooking utensils, plates and cutlery are provided.
