YEAR ROUND lake loving! This secluded cottage sits directly on Lake of the Isles. Accessible by private road with plenty of parking or launch your boat at DeWolf State Park and in 30 seconds, arrive at the cottage and moor your boat during your stay. Surrounded by mature trees, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the lake. At the water, there is a large floating dock. You'll enjoy swimming and great fishing from the dock. Newly drilled well 12/24 The space Inside, the cottage has a combined kitchen/living room with a dining table for 6. Kitchen is stocked with pots/ pans, dishes, utensils and some pantry items and cleaning supplies. Kitchen has a stove/oven, air fryer and microwave. Mini split provides heat/ac for the home. There is wi-fi as well as a direct tv basic package on the 3 smart tvs. (living room and in bedrooms 1 and 3.) There are 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1-queen and twin futon chair; bedroom 2-1 queen; bedroom 3-2 full size beds) 1 bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room with sofa bed. A deck off the living room offers a great view of the lake. As you walk down the stairs towards the water, you will find a charcoal grill and smoker as well as a screenhouse with a table and chairs to enjoy meals outside. Recently drilled well 12/24 Floating dock will be removed after Oct. 31 for winter storage Self check-in; Two night minimum stay April-June; Sept-Oct. 7 night minimum stay July and August. If you need less than 7 days, reach out and we will see if we can accommodate. Guest access entire home Other things to note For security reasons, we do have a camera on the back of the home pointing to the parking area and walkway to entrance only. We understand that sometimes guests have friends or family in the area. If you wish to have visitors beyond the number of guests registered, please reach out to us first. We want to be respectful of our neighbors and do not want large parties. If bringing a pet, you must let us know when booking and your pet must be monitored at all times. We do have a gate on the deck to keep your pet in an enclosed area. If loose, please make sure you respect our neighbors and do not let them run on their property.
