TR is mountain condo. Cedar C102 is a 1st floor walk-in. Free public transport, one mile to city center, and three miles to ski resort. Good for couples/ families, 6 people max. 1200SF unit. Free Winter Park shuttle stops near front of the building. WIFI, gas FP, steam shower, fully equipped kitchen. The space Two private bedrooms. One queen and two single beds. Two full bathrooms, master bath equipped with a soothing after ski steam shower option. Full kitchen w/table dining for 6 adults. Separate large four person activity table with chairs, great for cards. Closet in hallway available for ski storage. Living room has gas recirculating fireplace, pull out couch, 2 lounge chairs, cable TV and an outside balcony looking toward the continental divide. Take a short walk to use Timber Run's outdoor hot-tub, no hot-tub in our building. The building has a washer/dryer in the basement. The Timber Run complex was built in 1981 and well maintained. Guest access Access the unit from the outside door or the basement garage. Free covered parking is provided on the ground "basement" level. One space allowed per unit. Walk up stairs to the first floor unit. Open parking spaces are also conveniently located in the rear of the building, adjacent to unit C-102. This allows for a convenient two step walk-in unit. This Timber Run condo building is named Cedar and has four guest units. You'll will be provided a private key to access Cedar unit C102. Other things to note Again Saturday 4PM or later check-in at the Condominium Management Company office located in the town about a mile from Timber Run. Check out at the same location before 10AM the following Saturday. The complex does not allow any smoking or pets. You are renting for the whole week. You can check in or check out anytime or day during that week.
