Come and discover Cabourg in our 25 m² apartment, which is quiet and was refurbished in 2024. Great for couples with children. This bright two-room apartment is 3 minutes from the city center and less than 10 minutes from the beaches, the water park, and the SNCF train station. Quiet area, and free street parking. The apartment has a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a small bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Housekeeping included! Linens and towels: €30/couple. The space This two-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a residence close to the Dives and the market square. It is composed of a main room (sofa bed for additional sleeping, storage, table and chairs), a kitchen open to the living room (new appliances: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster), shower room, and bedroom (140x190 bed). The living room opens to a south facing balcony on the garden side, offering unobstructed views of the surrounding area, where it's nice to have your meals. We leave it to you to bring your own bed linen (fitted sheet, 220x240 duvet cover and pillowcases) and towels. We offer optional linens and towels (€30 per couple). Let us know a few days in advance. Guest access A lockbox allows you to access the premises independently and without time constraints. Other things to note The apartment has been completely renovated (summer 2024). Thank you for taking care of them. It's a non-smoker. It is not equipped with wi-fi but 4G works very well. By choice, we have not installed a TV. If you'd like, we can share a lot of information about walks and activities to do in Cabourg and around this pretty city. We can also give you all the information you need to do your shopping.
