The space Upgraded Mountain Views Model Home! This very spacious property offers four king size beds and three queen size beds (and a full size sofa bed in the upper master) all with walk in closets and most with dedicated bathrooms. Basic bathroom necessities offered such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, wash cloths, epsom salt, q-tips, toilet paper, and tissues. Theme decorated bedrooms, some offering total darkness and some offering natural light. All with memory foam mattresses and Samsung TV’s for personal streaming. Three separate living spaces designed for comfort and style, all with Samsung TV’s. WiFi and Ethernet available for own your devices. Bluetooth speakers offered as well. Bring your own device chargers/cords. Two kitchens with full size appliances, cooking tools and extra large sinks. Basic cleaning supplies such as trash bags, sponges, dish soap and dishwasher pods offered too! Board games, card games, and shuffleboard along with a 75” Samsung TV for movie nights in the basement! Private office with desk and printer with WiFi. Laundry room with sink, cleaning supplies, wash pods and dryer sheets; as well as an iron and board. Central HVAC system and separate water heater for the basement. Three car open garage; single garage is extra long. *Decor, bedding, etc. may change as things wear and break unexpectedly. Guest access Self check in after 3pm. Check in details including the address with your dedicated garage keypad code will be provided on the day of check in and no sooner so as to protect the privacy of previously scheduled guests. Parking only on the driveway or inside the garage. No leaking engine vehicles. No parking on the street. *Some closets are not accessible as well as the mechanical rooms. Other things to note Lease Agreement: Must be at least 21 years old to book. Copy of ID and Signed Lease Agreement is required in addition to AirBnB terms and conditions within 24hrs of booking.
