The house is powered by green energy. The space The bedroom with its bathroom has a king-size bed, providing privacy and ample natural light. It also includes wardrobes for storage, central air conditioning, a garment steamer, tower fans, heating equipment, and an electric blanket (Onkaparinga multi-zone). The room is at the front of the house with a separate entrance to provide you with total privacy. Microwave/bar fridge (220L)/cutlery/plates/cups/glasses are available in the room. There is no stove, but it is sufficient for an easy meal or snack. A variety of tea bags and instant coffee are also provided. The cafe (at the corner of Baldwin Ave and Sherbrook Road) is a 5-minute walk from the property. It opens at 6:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, and 7:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday if you want a big breakfast or good coffee to start your day. For stays over 7 days, a cleaning can be provided free of charge. Feel free to park in the yard, and there is also plenty of street parking available. Guest access There is a separate entrance to the room. Free wifi internet access. During your stay We respect your personal space and are happy to have as much or as little interaction as you would like. Other things to note There is a dry cleaning shop at Aquith village (7:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays, 8 am to 2:30 pm on Saturday and closes on Sunday) and HQ laundry at Hornsby (operates 6 am to 11:30 pm daily) with domestic and commercial washer and dryer. The entrance and big window (facing the garden) have dual roller blinds (translucent and blackout blinds). Under daylight, with the translucent blind down, you cannot see the inside of the room from the outside. The bathroom light is a motion sensor LED globe. The first time it turns on, it will turn off shortly. If you move around, it will turn on again and stay on. Please let us know if you need help with it. The control of the central aircon is outside the room. Please let us know if you would like us to turn on the aircon or change the temperature for the room. We normally turn on the aircon during hot and very humid days. If you stay more than one night and will leave the room during the day, please lock the door and windows behind you.
