The space Built over two floors with multiple beds, this warm apartment is ready to welcome any traveler. The bedroom, located on the upper floor, has a beautiful double bed that will allow you to enjoy an intense rest. In the living room, on the lower floor, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The living area, very cozy and bright, comes with a comfy sofa, a spacious table, and a smart TV where you can watch Netflix with my account already registered or access to Amazon Prime, Disney Plus etc. There is a Wi-Fi connection with Alexa integrated throughout the house. In addition to to towels of various sizes, you will find a Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower, sheets, duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bathroom, located on the lower floor, offers a very spacious walk-in shower. There are full toilets, a washing machine, a lighted mirror, a hairdryer and all the space you need to accommodate your personal belongings. The kitchen is complete with an induction hot plate, refrigerator/freezer, a full set of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. It is completed by a NESPRESSO coffee machine with assorted pods, a kettle for water with related tea and herbal tea bags. If you are 2 guests but want to sleep separately and use both the bed and the sofa bed, I kindly ask you to inform me in advance so that I can find you the sofa bed open and with the sheets, there is a surcharge for the additional linens of €20. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. In a few minutes by public transport you can reach the Duomo (10 minutes), the luxurious Via Monte Napoleone, the Historic Center and hundreds of other historical points of interest, for shopping, relaxation and food and beverage experiences. The Duomo can also be reached with a pleasant 25 minute walk, through the beautiful and historic Milanese streets. It's a 15 minutes Central Station to Central Station. Fondazione Prada is 10 minutes on foot. Linate Airport is 10-15 min by taxi. Rho Fiera is 30 minutes away. Other things to note The QC TermeMilano is 100 meters from the apartment, where you can enjoy a day of total relaxation. The area offers numerous bars and restaurants, as well as having everything you might need in the immediate vicinity (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, laundromats, etc.) 9 minutes away on foot is the prestigious Bocconi University, and a surrounding park where you can relax in the middle of the greenery.
