Close to shopping, food and the snake river. The space The home is furnished with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. NO Smoking/vaping in the property. It has an open fully stocked kitchen/ dining room living room layout for family interaction. The kitchen has seating for 8 people. The living room has a spacious couch and a 65” tv and giant bean bag for relaxing. A king size bed in the master bedroom along with a 55” tv. The master bath has a step in shower as well as double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. These two bedrooms are close and share a bathroom. The second master bedroom(opposite side from the other bedrooms) has a queen bed with a 55” tv and a step free walk in shower. The laundry room has both a washer and dryer for use. Pets are not allowed but can be considered with approval and $150.00 non refundable pet fee for one pet. No Cats or excessive shedding dogs. Each additional pet will have a fee upon approval. Max 2 dogs. Pets must be house broke fully and crated when guests are away. No pets to be left out and alone when guest are away. Guest access Enjoy this full home with handicap access as well as 2 master bedrooms and all the amenities of a fully furnished home. Garage is for host use and handicapped access when needed. Other things to note The home is close to all the local popular eating spots and wal mart as well as the snake river for fishing, water skiing and boating. The river runs along the walking path at the local chamber of commerce.Activities including Bowling, movie theater and mini golf as well as 18 hole course for everyone all 5 minutes away. This is also close to the starting line of the famous Spudman triathlon. Pomerelle ski resort and Mt Harrison are a 40 minute drive for snow skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling. We are in between burley and Rupert as well as half way point from Boise to Salt Lake City. Home comes with initial supply of disposable items.
