Jacaranda Place, a brand new totally self contained studio apartment with all the modern conveniences and high quality touches that will make your stay special. 8 minutes by train to Adelaide CBD and convenient for all city based events. Very close to cosmopolitan North Adelaide and trendy Prospect shopping and eateries as well as Entertainment Centre and city tram services. And only a short drive to historic Semaphore beach precinct. Safe, secure, quiet and much more than comfortable. The space Open plan living with full kitchen and ensuite. All windows and sliding door has been tinted for extra privacy and temperature control. Has a small yard between main home and studio apartment, which has a swim spa and is strictly NOT available to AirBnB guests. Guest access Access is via side gate of main house, keys located in locked box fixed on the gate. Path leads to studio apartment. Other things to note A Swim Spa located in shared yard is not available with AirBnB, this is for Owner’s private use ONLY. We are open to negotiating longer length of stay (minimum 2 night stay), and checking out times. Please ask, and if we are able to facilitate this, details can be confirmed.
