Property completely renovated in 2023, furnished and equipped, you will find all the comforts useful for your stay. The space Located 45 minutes from Porte de St Cloud, this former Relais de Poste can accommodate a maximum of: • 6 adults • 4 children All amenities are a 5-minute drive away (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, banks, tobacco...). Linens and towels are provided and your beds will be ready upon arrival. . ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - A fully equipped kitchen including: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, pans, casseroles, dishes, casserole, baking dishes, raclette grill... Upon arrival, you will find an arrival kit with: • Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper. • Dish soap, sponges, dish towels and hand towels, cleaning products, garbage bag… - A very comfortable and family-friendly living room with a closed fireplace, 2 sofas, armchairs, large coffee table, board games, poker case… The fireplace is functional from October to April (the first fire is free). - A dining room with a large table seating up to 10 people. - A bathroom with bathtub, changing table, footstool, hair dryer, hand soap, hand towels, shower gel, garbage bag. - A room adjoining the kitchen including a washer-dryer, a clothes rack. - Separate toilet. . ON THE UPPER FLOOR: - BEDROOM 1: 160 cm bed, shelves for clothes, desk with accessible computer screen (ideal room for remote working, high-speed fiber optic). - BEDROOM 2: 180 cm bed (or 2 single beds) + small child bed (70 x 140), dressing area. - BEDROOM 3: 160 cm bed (or 2 single beds), sink area, shelves for clothes. - GAME ROOM-DORMITORY: large open play room with sleeping area for 3 children (one bench + 2 single beds). - Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, shower gel, footstool. - 8-seat projection room, like in the movies. -> Early age toys are available in the games room: cubes, rattles, duplos, small books… -> For the middle and older ones: legos, playmobils, tea set, workbench, dolls, trucks, cars, board games, puzzle, books, comics... . THE GARDEN: Private garden of 3000 m2 ending in a wood of 2000 m2 (at the bottom of the wood there is a stream to which access is not secure). Possibility to park 3 cars at the entrance to the garden. You will find on site: - Low garden furniture with coffee table, - 1 table with 10 seats, - Deckchairs, - A big swing, - A barbecue and charcoal, - A ping-pong table, - A parasol, - A shed with all the outdoor games (children's bikes, balance bike, molky, petanque, bowling, trucks, cars, badminton, basketball hoop, soccer goal, soccer balls, volleyball, rugby...). . Childcare equipment (AVAILABLE ONLY UPON REQUEST): - 1 Babybjorn umbrella bed with mattress, mattress pad and sheets, - 1 changing table with changing mat, - 2 high chairs, - 1 chair booster, - 2 higher chairs for children from 2 years to 7 years old, - 1 potty, - 1 toilet seat reducer, - 1 plastic baby bath, - 1 non-slip bath mat, - 1 BabyCook, - All dishes for babies/children: plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery... Guest access The entire house and garden as well as the equipment present will be at your disposal throughout your stay. Other things to note We're careful not to disturb our neighborhood.
