The space This four-bedroom townhome in Paradise Palms sleeps 10 guests and sits just minutes from Disney World in Kissimmee. Four bedrooms give everyone their own space and TV for downtime. - The primary suite has a king bed and private bathroom. - The second bedroom offers a queen. - The third bedroom features two double beds with themed décor that kids love. - The fourth bedroom has two twins, also themed for younger guests. Two additional bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks, even with a full house. Living Area The open-plan living area connects the sofa, dining table, and kitchen so you can cook breakfast while the kids watch cartoons or everyone can gather for dinner recaps. The full kitchen has everything you need to prep snacks, pack coolers, or cook a real meal when you're tired of park food. Outdoor Amenities Your screened pool and covered patio create a private hangout that's perfect for morning coffee or afternoon swims. Sun loungers and an outdoor dining table mean you can eat outside or dry off between dips. The resort clubhouse adds a waterslide pool, arcade, fitness center, tiki bar, and sports courts when you want a change of scene. Guest access The townhome is about 28 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located within the Paradise Palms Resort community. There is free parking on the premises. Other things to note Pool & BBQ - Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Pets - This is a pet-friendly home. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $290 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets ($580 total). Dogs must be kept on a leash within community grounds. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
