The space This studio apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a full bathroom with a tub, a new queen-size bed, storage space, Wi-Fi, TV (no cable), coffee, and a dedicated workspace. The air conditioning is provided by a window unit. This is a privately owned apartment, not a hotel. While we aim to provide a peaceful and enjoyable environment, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from neighboring units or from the washer and dryer located above, as is typical in multi-family buildings. The property is also near a main road, so some traffic noise can be expected. The kitchenette includes all basic cookware and utensils for your convenience, provided as a courtesy. For any speciality cooking or baking needs beyond typical use, we recommend bringing your own items. Initial supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap are also provided as a courtesy. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Because the calendar is blocked once a reservation is made, cancellations can be difficult to rebook on short notice. Refunds are not provided for changes in travel plans, delayed or cancelled flights, personal emergencies, or other disruptions. If you’d like to have someone stop by, just send me a quick message first so we can clear it. There is an additional cost for each extra guest beyond the first. 👟 Shoes off on rugs or carpet, and no sleeping on the couches – We want to keep them comfy and looking great for all guests. 🎉 No parties or events – Please keep noise levels respectful so everyone can relax. 🐾 No pets in the studio unit – This helps us keep the space clean and allergy-friendly for future guests. 🚭 No smoking indoors – If you smoke outside, please dispose of the cigarette butts. 🔕 Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM – Great for a peaceful night’s sleep. 🍽️ Please wash any dishes you use before checking out – This helps us keep the kitchen ready for the next guest. 🛋️ No wet towels on furniture – If you need extra towels, just let me know and I’ll bring them by. 🔑 Lost key or lockout service – There’s a $75 fee to replace keys or for lockout assistance.
