Entrance to the property is via a communal stairwell, which due to the historic nature of the building is slightly narrower with a kited step section. Therefore, we would advise the property is less suited to those with mobility issues or large prams. Other things to note Smart TVs are available in the living area and master bedroom, for guests to utilise their own streaming accounts There is on road parking which is free in certain places. Paid parking is conveniently located 330yds away at Torbay Council car park, Beacon Quay, which benefits from CCTV and 138 spaces including disabled parking. There are two levels of parking, the top deck is open 24 hours a day and the bottom deck is open 7am to 11pm. Permits for the duration of your stay are available and entitle you to use over 30 car parks across Torbay. Other local parking is also available. On your arrival and departure, there is a loading bay three doors down from the apartment. Bus routes are also on the doorstep to explore the delights of the English Riviera.
