Marine point Leisure, cinema, bowling, fairground, arcade, Fort Perch Rock, lighthouse, all within close walking distance. The space A Boho mid century inspired, spacious, 1st floor flat in a converted 120 year old house in a quiet road. Freshly decorated with modern appliances. It is the middle flat out of three, so has a flight of stairs. Your absolute comfort and safety is paramount to me. Your bedding in master bedroom is poly cotton, with the luxury of natural bamboo fabric mattress protector upon a 'cool-touch' Kingsize coil mattress. You have Egyptian cotton bath towels. All pillows and duvets also have protectors that are regularly changed, bedding and towels laundered on hot wash. Everything you will touch is sanitised with disinfectant between guests. Aqua View is self catering - but for your ease I supply a complimentary 'starter pack'. Toiletries - shampoo conditioner body wash, moisturiser, soap, hand wash, bubble bath, toilet roll, bath towels. Cleaning & laundry products. Extras you may have forgotten to bring. Ketchup, mayonnaise, brown sauce, condiments, cooking oil, basic herbs & spices. Cling film, silver foil. All cooking utensils, pots and pans, tea towels and kitchen roll. Teas, coffees, hot chocolate, coffee pods and coffee machine, sugar, sweeteners, milk, various cereals & croissants or waffles, butter, jam, sweets, biscuits, cakes. Simply to make your stay easier &, more pleasant for you. ❤️ I'm not trying to compete with hotels, I just want you to feel at home with as little as possible to need to worry about or do - with some added treats. ❤️ There are cooler bags, picnic blankets, plastic dinner set, and ice blocks (in freezer) for you to take out, plus beach towels. 🏖️ You will find books, dvds and games also in living room. The flat is fully double glazed, central heating throughout. Plus 3 electric radiators in case of emergency. Extra throws and blankets. New boiler in 2023. The shower is very powerful. The bath is larger than average. There are 3 oscalating fans in flat, plus larger pedestal fan for your comfort. Washing machine on site Electricity & gas safety certificate up to date 2025. Fire alarms in place regularly tested, two carbon monoxide detectors. Window safety locks, and catches. Fire extinguisher in kitchen, and fire blanket. Flat's front door lock is compliant with UK fire regulations (thumb lock) clearly signed fire exit and emergency lighting. Other things to note Visitors - Only guests booked on the reservation can stay at the property. If you plan on having family or friends visit, just let us know. NO SMOKING - Please refrain from smoking inside the entire building. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for deep cleaning and ozone treatments. NO PARTIES/EVENTS Breach of this rule will result in cancelled stay, authorities called if necessary and ultities turned off externally by landlord. Quiet times - We ask that guests keep the noise to minimum between the hours of 10pm- 8am The building is made up of 2 other residental flats and as good neighbours we want to remain mindful respectful neighbours.
