Cozy house with 2 bedrooms, ceiling fans, fully equipped open concept kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator and utensils), service area, parking space for 1 car, in a quiet neighborhood next to the main shopping mall of Caraguá and the regional hospital, with easy access to explore São Sebastião, Ilhabela or even Ubatuba. For those who prefer to stay closer, the Caraguá Center usually has several events on the weekends, has a fair and a very good structure. The space Newly built house, with airy spaces and to take a break with family and friends we have a beautiful barbecue area. The space is private, with a table and chairs, but we will always be available whenever you need us. We try to make our guests always feel free to enjoy their vacations and days off, but we are open to interacting. Usually, because of my work schedules, the reception is done by my parents, Mr. Osmar and D. Vera, who are very kind and also love to interact. They live next door, on the same plot of land where the house was built, and are always available to help whenever necessary. We have a friendly pet in the yard, Bibi, but for those of you who want to bring your pets, there is an area behind the fence (shown in the listing's photo album) that separates the pets, thus providing safety and privacy... We have the greatest desire to make the stay unique and pleasant so that our guests return whenever they wish. An average 15-minute walk to the largest Shopping Mall... Close to Palmeiras, Aruã and Indaiá beaches, and with easy access to the Center and other beaches in the region, such as Prainha and Martim de Sá.
