Town and Country Room with Private Entry

This beautiful stay is in the heart of wine and horse country. We are central to everything! We are close to some of the best restaurants in Northern Virginia and only 40 minutes to DC or the Shenandoah Parkway. We are surrounded by amazing wineries and breweries. We welcome business travelers, traveling medical workers and contractors. Come stay with us any time of the year. There is always something fabulous happening in Fauquier County! The space You have your own private entrance, bathroom, workspace, and kitchenette. Plenty of space for three,(but can accommodate a family of 4, with a single roll away bed and very comfy fold out floor mat). Brand new queen Dreamcloud bed, and beautiful heirloom furnishings make your stay very comfortable. There is even a cozy electric fireplace! Please note: 1) The tub is a garden tub with attached shower head. Please do not use the jetted tub. There are steps to help you get in and out. For more agile folks! A $500 cleaning fee will be incurred if there is a violation of rules. 4) There will be no parties or unlisted overnight guests. If any of these are observed, you may be asked to leave the property with no refund. These strict policies are in place to protect our home and our family and insure a comfortable stay for our guests. Thank you for understanding. Guest access You have your own private room, bath, kitchenette, small dining area, and patio. Other things to note The bathroom is beautiful. There is a garden tub with attached shower, with great water pressure! (Please note that the jetted tub is out of order at this time. )There is a step to get in and out of tub, so make sure you are able you get in and out before you book. You will access your room by walking on lawn to side door. There is no walkway. There is a single rollaway bed and a comfortable single floor mat available.
