This is a newly renovated space and has its own private entrance and access to the backyard. We are located on a quiet block in the Bayview neighborhood, and are a few blocks away from beautiful McLaren Park, 3rd Street Muni, and minutes to 101 and 280 highways. Perfect for solo adventurers, couples, and business travelers. The space This newly renovated ground-level suite has its own entrance, a new comfy murphy pull down queen-sized bed, 65" smart TV (no cable but you can access Hulu/Netflix accounts), equipped kitchenette (with fridge and dishwasher), dining table/workspace, cozy sofa, and large bathroom with shower and tub. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire space and will enter through a private door in the back of the house. Check-in is contactless and you will access the space through a lockbox (the code will be provided 3 days prior to your check-in date). ***PLEASE NOTE*** Our primary living space is upstairs so you may also hear footsteps upstairs from time to time, though it's fairly minimal and we try our very best to keep this to a minimum. We also have a small dog that you might see in the shared backyard. Unfortunately, we do not have parking available on the premises. There is free unmetered street parking which usually isn't too difficult to find. Street cleaning in this area is once a week and the day it occurs varies based on which street you're parked; so please be sure to read the street signs to avoid being ticketed and towed. Other things to note If you plan to spend the majority of your trip exploring tourist destinations, we are close to a major Muni T-line stop, the Muni 9 and 8 stops which all take you to downtown or other touristy areas in San Francisco and the Muni 29, which takes you to the Presidio. We are central to the 101 and 280 highway so great for visiting professionals and those looking to venture further out in the Bay Area (Oakland, Wine Country, etc.) The T-Line light rail trolley stop is 1.5 blocks away (5min walk). Multiple MUNI bus line stops are on nearby corners: 2.5 miles: Dogpatch/Midway/Pier 70/Restoration Hardware/Caltrain @ 22nd (23 min on T-Line) 3.5 miles: CHASE Arena, UCSF Benioff Hospital/Mission Bay Campus (30 min on T-Line) 4.5 miles: ORACLE Ballpark/SFGiants/Caltrain Station (35 min on T-Line) 5.5 miles: SFMOMA/Moscone Center/Market Street connections (30 min on MUNI Bus (8)) SFO: 5-10 minutes by private car/UBER/Lyft/Taxi BART: 21 minutes via MUNI Bus (29) to /Balboa Park BART Station There are no laundry facilities at this time.
