Hadi House is a bright and welcoming single family home renting single bedrooms, in the safe Greenwood neighborhood in Durham, NC. This space will have additional renters. We offer a 1 bed/1 shared bathroom option and a 1 bed/ 1 private bathroom option. The space The ideal Ideal renter will find comfort in access to a personal bedroom that shares a full bath with another renter. The cleaning service visits once a month to clean common areas. Twice a month depending on occupancy levels. Previously perfect for students completing semester work and traveling professionals.
