Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the peace & tranquility of the Terranora Inlet from our front verandah & whilst soaking in the bathtub of the main bedroom. Our home is a beautiful property with only a short drive to the Gold Coast Airport & Coolangatta / Fingal & Kingscliff Beaches. The tropical garden around the pool is completely private with plenty of shade provided by the bali hut and verandah Relax on the top deck overlooking the pool soak up the peace and ambience. The space The house is airy, bright and spacious with three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. The main bedroom has a recently renovated ensuite and there is also a recently renovated bathroom upstairs. There is a third bathroom downstairs for guests sleeping in the 4th, 5th & 6th bedrooms. We have river views at the front of the house and pool and garden rooms at the back. There is a pool table, dart board and exercise equipment downstairs. Guest access The entire house, pool and garden is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked garage locked linen closet and the walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom is also locked. Other things to note There are two kayaks with oars on the side of the house which you are welcome to use. If you enjoy fishing then i suggest you bring your own fishing rods and cast a line or two across the road from the house. We are proud of our home opposite the river and welcome you and your family/friends to enjoy its serenity. We respect our neighbours and ask you to do the same. Please note this is a quiet residential area therefore we have a strict NO party policy. In accordance with the state law, no noise will be tolerated after between 10pm and 8am. Please note if you do not adhere to this policy your booking may be cancelled and immediate eviction from the premises. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We have a strict NO Smoking policy inside our home. If you wish to smoke then please do so outside and place all cigarette butts into the red bin. There is a seat opposite our house by the river where you may sit to smoke whilst enjoying the birdlife and water activities. There are pool towels in the laundry top drawers which you are welcome to use. It would be appreciated if you could please wash the pool towels return to the drawers or hang them out to dry on the clothes line on the left hand side of the house.
