Vilayara Heritage Retreat.

Vilayara , is a heritage farm resort situated in Kozhikode, Kerala countryside. Its a family friendly, cozy home away from home, where you can immerse in local cultural experience and relish authentic traditional Malabar cuisine. It's a hosted accommodation extending personalized hospitality and approved by Kerala Tourism. It's a budget friendly villa with shared living spaces, where you can practice yoga, meditation and avail Ayurvedic treatment. The space This property is a three storied heritage bungalow situated in a five acre estate. The ground floor consists of a drawing room, a sit out, two bed rooms being used by host's family, dining room , kitchen and a store. The first floor consists of three private bed rooms with attached bath rooms being let out to guests and a pantry. The second floor is the attic, which has been converted to an indoor recreation center. Guest access The guests have access to the Three bed rooms, & the pantry on the first floor, and also to the second floor which has been converted to indoor recreation Centre. One of the bed rooms have three single beds & space for 2 additional beds. Whereas two other rooms have two single beds and space for 1/2 additional beds. Hence the three rooms together can accommodate 12 pax. Guests also have access to drawing room, sit out, dining room, and the kitchen, on the ground floor. In addition to the above, Guests have access to the 5 acres estate, consisting of paddy fields, coconut plantation and a hillock . Trekking , cycling and angling are the other attractions. Other things to note Alcoholic drinks and Drugs ( Substance abuse ) are not permitted in the property.
