The space The house is set in the colonial style of the 60s, with antique lamps, chandeliers, hand-carved furniture, and ashtrays that show all the elegance of Cuba's traditional architecture and decoration. We have several experiences that are aimed at educating the client about the culture and history of tobacco and rum in Cuba. The house is decorated to rekindle the colonial vibes of the first half of the 20th century. Antique-style furniture adorns 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (3), a living room, a smoking room, a dining room, and a kitchen. Our balcony is set up to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning overlooking the city and to smoke a cigar and drink Cuban rum while the afternoon sun falls. Guests can perfectly enjoy a wide range of amenities: WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, TV, free parking, free linen and towel service, hair dryer, iron and extra beds, hot and cold water throughout the apartment. They will also have the possibility to prepare coffee and tea, snacks and bottled liquids service. You can use the kitchen appliances such as the microwave, pots, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker and stove. Guest access Guests will have access to their rooms, the kitchen, and all the living rooms in the house Other things to note Before booking, please note that: -WiFi and breakfast are not included in the price; however, we offer both at low prices. - Guests must give their passports to the host once they arrive at the place - Guests may not invite or receive anyone else on site without the host's prior consent - Staff would visit the place two or three times a day to water the plants and help guests with any needs they may have - WiFi connectivity may fail at times due to external causes (guests should always understand that they are visiting an undeveloped country where most families still do not have access to WiFi at least) We always try to provide guests with the best experience, but it gets out of hand.
